The cashew tree is a tropical evergreen tree that produces the cashew seed. cashew nuts, which now rank #1 among nut crops in the world with 4.1 billion pounds produced in 2002(ICAR-CCARI), have been used to promote wellness for centuries. The estimated existing extent of cashew cultivation including private plantation is 61,000 Acres (MOA) as we have invested our resources in having our own plantation in a land of 50 Acres is under process. We intend to export cashew nuts to the global market in the future.
