Based on the baseline budget of the client, the most suitable floor area is decided. Upon a visit to the site with the client a feasibility analysis is carried out. Based on the analysis the floor wise plans are created. Upon further discussions with the client Final layouts and the finalized detailed design and the costing will be carried out.
